Honeysuckle Hill Bee-stro opened their doors in April, 2017, on the owners property which sits on a small lake. The Bee-stro is a seasonal restaurant serving guests March through December. The Bee-stro is open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays for lunch and dinner.
Since owners Andy and Jodi are a bee-keeping family, you will find honey utilized in about 1/3 of the Bee-stro's recipes. Everything in the Bee-stro is made from scratch on site using local ingredients when available. The menu changes weekly, but popular items include good ol' Hoosier grub food like Grandma use to make including Pan Fried Chicken, Beef Steaks Slow Cooked in Gravy, and Prime Rib. The lunch menu features soups, salads, casseroles, and unique sandwiches. The Bee-stro's dessert selections are wildly popular with guests.
The Bee-stro also hosts private events on days not open to the public and days when open to the public in their upstairs dining area. Many busy folks like to grab Bee-stro fare to go. We also take special orders of bakery items and other food items when ordered at least 3 days prior to pick-up.
Honeysuckle Hill Bee-stro also has a gift shop area upstairs,
where guests can find a variety of items including honey, Indiana made products, home decor, kitchen utensils, wood products made on site, clothing, and pampering tools.
We look forward to serving you where "Hospitality is Flavored with Honey".
